Our drop-ins are relaxed,informal clubs that give our members from across Norfolk the opportunity to meet with friends on a regular basis.
The Dereham drop-in runs on a Tuesday and Friday from 10am – 2pm, at Mid Norfolk Mencap, 1A Tavern Lane, Dereham, NR19 1PX and costs £4 per session. Tea, coffee,squash and biscuits are available. The Cromer drop-in runs on a Thursday from 1pm – 4pm at Merchants Place, 16 Church Street, Cromer, NR27 9ES and costs £5 per session. Tea, coffee and biscuits included.
